1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by Secure Seal Tradelines ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by Salaam International Enterprises LLC. By accessing our website, placing an order, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Provided

We offer the following credit-related services:

• Authorized User (AU) Tradelines: Placement on seasoned credit card accounts to add payment history and credit limit to your credit report.
• Primary Tradelines: Credit builder accounts opened in your own name to establish positive history.
• Business Credit & Funding: Guidance and solutions for building business credit profiles and securing unsecured funding.

3. No Guarantee of Specific Results

While we guarantee that purchased authorized user tradelines will post to at least two of the three major credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion), we do not guarantee any specific increase in your credit score or approval for any loan, credit card, or financing product. Credit scoring models are proprietary and influenced by many factors beyond tradelines, including your existing payment history, utilization, inquiries, and derogatory marks. Results vary by individual.

4. Posting Guarantee & Refund Policy

• We guarantee each AU tradeline will report to at least 2 of 3 bureaus within 10 business days following the listed statement date.
• If a tradeline fails to post within the guaranteed window, we will replace it with a comparable tradeline at no additional cost, or issue a full refund of the purchase price.
• Refund requests must be submitted with credit monitoring evidence (e.g., SmartCredit, IdentityIQ, MyFICO) showing the tradeline did not post.
• Refunds are not issued for tradelines that posted successfully, regardless of resulting score change.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful posting, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete personal information including full name, date of birth, Social Security Number, and address.
• Ensure your credit file is unlocked or unfrozen at all three bureaus during the posting window.
• Refrain from applying for new credit, disputing accounts, or making major credit changes during the posting cycle, as these may interfere with results.
• Monitor your credit report and notify us promptly of any posting issues.

We are not liable for failed posting caused by inaccurate information, frozen credit files, or client-initiated credit activity during the reporting window.

6. Payment & Escrow

All orders must be paid in full before tradeline placement begins. Payments are processed securely and may be held in escrow until posting is confirmed. Prices are listed on our marketplace and are subject to change without notice. Any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the client.

7. Legal Compliance

Authorized user tradelines are permitted under the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA) and Regulation B, which require creditors to report authorized user accounts to credit bureaus. However, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to ensure your use of tradelines complies with any lender, underwriter, or legal requirements applicable to your specific situation. We do not provide legal or financial advice.

8. No Legal or Financial Advice

Information provided by Secure Seal Tradelines is for educational purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. You should consult qualified professionals regarding your individual circumstances before making financial decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Secure Seal Tradelines and Salaam International Enterprises LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or opportunities, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Secure Seal Tradelines and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

11. Third-Party Links & Services

Our website may link to third-party services such as credit monitoring providers (e.g., SmartCredit, IdentityIQ, MyFICO) and payment processors. We are not responsible for the practices, content, or policies of these third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
